Q: What is included in the monthly service fee?
A: The listed prices are flat monthly service fees which include the Datacenter Edition zBox, all shipping costs (if you are within the U.S. or Canada), unlimited support, up to two zBox replacements per year, as necessary, and the backup of your data. Additionally, your Zettabits service includes all of the features listed on the Feature Summary page.
Q: How do Zettabits Home, Professional, and Datacenter differ?

Q: What are the technical specifications of the zBox?
A: Each Zettabits Datacenter service plan includes the Datacenter Edition zBox. Details and technical specifications for the Datacenter Edition zBox can be found here.
Q: Can I change my service details once I've ordered?
A: Yes. Once you order, you will be able to login to the account management section, where you can change personal information, such as address and payment type, and service details, such as contract term, payment interval, and storage size.
Q: What if I ever have a problem with my zBox?
A: Normally we will have detected the problem with your zBox and already sent you a replacement. However, if your zBox suffers an unexpected failure, you needn't worry. Immediate access to your data is available through the Zettabits Remote Console, and a new zBox will be shipped to you immediately. Once your replacement zBox arrives, it will walk you through the simple steps to begin recovering your data and settings.
